Which courier company do you use for delivery?

We use M&P Courier Service for deliveries across Pakistan. We have an active corporate Cash on Delivery (COD) account registered with M&P's Head Office in Kot Lakhpat, Lahore, Pakistan

How are the shipping charges calculated?

Shipping charges are calculated by M&P Courier Service based on the bicycle's length, dimensions, and volumetric weight. The final delivery charges are determined by M&P according to the parcel's measurements and applicable shipping rates

Does the bicycle arrive assembled or in a box?

All our bicycles are delivered fully assembled and ready to ride. However, we recommend getting your bicycle checked and tightened by a professional mechanic after 4–5 days of initial use.

As the bicycle is brand new, its components may need minor adjustments after the initial running period. This ensures that all parts settle properly and the bicycle continues to perform smoothly and safely

Do you take any advance payment?

No, we only collect delivery charges in advance. The bicycle's price is 100% Cash on Delivery (COD). We do not ask for any partial or full advance payment for the bicycle.

If the delivered bicycle's colour or brand does not match your order, you can return it on the spot, and we will refund your advance delivery charges as well.

All advance payments are accepted only through Awancycles' official business bank account, ensuring safe and secure transactions
