Damaged or Defective Products:
If the product you receive is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
Returnable Products:
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was delivered.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
Products damaged due to customer misuse or mishandling.
Customized or special-order products.
Products without original packaging or labels.

Approval:
Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive instructions for returning the product (if applicable).
Refund Mode:
Refunds are issued via bank transfer or other agreed-upon methods. Processing times may vary but generally take 5–10 business days after the return is received and inspected.
Shipping Costs for Returns
In case of a damaged or defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs.
For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Important Notes
Refund requests made after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
Returned items that do not meet our refund criteria will not be processed and may be returned to the customer at their expense.
